About Andy

Seventeen years building companies across the UK, Europe, the US, Africa and the Middle East. Some flew. Some exposed every weakness in the way I led.

STEMS wasn't invented on a whiteboard. It came from the repeated, occasionally painful work of removing myself as the point everything depended on.

Today I buy, fix and scale businesses, and work alongside founders who want growth to create more choice, not a more expensive cage.
